Deck Bolt & Stand

Removed from the ship's superstructure deck, these bolts were installed during the ship's modernization, which began in 1925. The deck planks were originally fastened to the deck of Battleship TEXAS with bolts, washers, and nuts that ran through the underlying steel deck in most areas. 

Lasered with a diagram from the General Arrangement of Deck Planking approved for TEXAS on May 3, 1912.
