Each board features the ship's inboard profile, as seen in the 1944 Booklet of General Plans. The wood has been cut into a wedge shape to be free-standing when upright on flat surfaces. Knots, small cracks, and other blemishes may be in the wood. Some paint residue may also be left on the tops of the wedge.
Dimensions are 14 7/8 inches long, 3 1/4 inches tall, and 1 7/8 inches wide for imperial units, and 37.78cm long, 8.26cm tall, and 4.76cm wide in metric units.
Made from pine deck wood, which was placed on the ship in 1990. Made in Texas by Texans.
